Full-Spectrum CBD (or cannabinoids) is a hemp extract that contains 113 known cannabinoids, found naturally occurring in the hemp plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids.

These work together to magnify the therapeutic benefits of each individual cannabinoid. This is commonly referred to as the “entourage effect“.

Full Spectrum CBD also contains 0.3% THC or less, or at least it should!

Two Questions you Should Always Ask Yourself…

1. Does my product have the amount of CBD as advertised on the label?
2. Does my product meet the required federal limit of no more than 0.3% THC?

Look at CBD column on the left, and then all the way over to the right you’ll see 17.29mg/ml.
17.29mg X 30ml = 519mg of CBD in the bottle.

Does my product meet the required federal limit of no more than 0.3% THC?
Look at the very top line where it says D9-THC, and then go to Weight %.
Anything below 0.30 wt % is legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill.

THC, which stands for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol which is a cannabinoid molecule in marijuana, which is the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.

We can’t tell you what dosage is right for you, that’s something you’ll have figure out on your own.

The only thing we could recommend is starting with a low dose, and working up from there if needed.

The truth is…dosage varies drastically between individuals.

Some CBD research has reported doses ranging from 5mg to over 1000mg

• Generally, a product with less than 15 mg/ml is considered low-potency.
• A product with between 15-50 mg/ml is regarded as standard potency,
• And a product with more than 50 mg/ml or more is considered high-potency.

For more information on dosages, go to and click the Education Tab, and then Dosages.

It’s still possible that you could test positive for THC, even though the THC level is very low. But if you’re taking what is considered high-potency, then naturally, you’re more at risk. So if you job or profession requires a drug test, don’t risk it! You can always take our THC-Free, Isolate CBD gummies.

I can get 49 droppers (2/3 of a dropper) out of a 30ml bottle.

500 mg divided by 49 droppers = 10.2 mg per dropper.
You would use the same math if you have a lower or high CBD milligram content.

I personally, take 20 milligrams of CBD in the morning, and 20 milligrams before I go to bed. (I didn’t start at 20mg, I had to work up to the 20mg to feel the benefit.)

Again, not everyone is the same, so figure out what dosage works for you. We have great educational section on our website under the “EDUCATION” tab for more information on dosages.

How to Take the CBD Tincture, and Get the Most Out of It
Most experts agree that taking CBD tincture, sublingually, has the most bioavailability.

Bioavailability refers to the degree and rate at which an administered drug or other substance is introduced into the body in order to have an active effect.

You could lose the effectiveness of CBD if it has to pass through the digestive system.

The Sublingual Glands absorb the CBD oil into your blood stream quicker and more effectively, than having to pass through the digestive system.

Experts recommend you hold it under the tongue for at least 60 seconds before swallowing.
